It is far more convenient to use your phone to browse the internet, and almost everyone has a phone nowadays. Out of numerous social media platforms, there are three main social media platforms. They each have their own different strengths and weaknesses. You would be making a wise decision to use all three of them, although you don’t have to. The following is a brief run-down of the social media platforms that are most useful.

If you have any thought that you would like to share with millions of people at once, Twitter is here to make that happen. Sure, it does have to be within the character limit that the company has set, which is 280. But that doesn’t seem to have discouraged the multitudes of twitter users from making twitter one of their social media homes. A lot of companies and businesses also have twitter accounts, as a strong social media presence can be the difference between success and failure online.

You can use twitter to your advantage by making a twitter post advertising your car. Use a hashtag to promote it, such as #carforsale, and other twitter users who may be on the hunt for a car will be able to see your post by looking up that hashtag.

Facebook

It is safe to say that Facebook is even bigger than twitter by now. And it is a great place to buy and sell things. You can make a group page advertising your car. Make regular posts about how amazing your car is. Post the odd photo, and share the page with all your friends. Or you could just make a Facebook post and share it publicly. There are a few different ways you can go about this.

If you manage to strike gold and make a post that is viral, your car will most definitely get sold in no time at all. Of course, this would require you to be more creative, and humorous with your advert.

Instagram

One social media platform that is always getting more and more popular is the image sharing website Instagram. It is mainly for sharing photos, so you would find it hugely useful in the world of automotive buying and selling. Take multiple nice photos of your car both inside and out. Look online for tips on how to best take photos of vehicles.

Then make a nice large detailed description of how amazing your car is and how it would be an asset in anyone’s life.
